My name is Brandy Lister and I’ve been a member of the RecycleSmart team for over 3 years! Currently, I’m an account manager for RecycleSmart but I started as a Field Operations Assistant in Installation Services. My jam is waste investigation services as I’m able to solve the most unique and challenging waste and recycling needs in a fairly quick time frame all while keeping costs down and diversion up.

I first began in the waste industry doing bird control as a falconer. In college, I took an environmental technology course but unfortunately, due to an injury, was unable to finish the course. In 2008, I relocated to Calgary and started back in the waste industry on the consulting side. I’ve worked in customer service, billing, account management, vendor relations, and operations.
Outside of working at RecycleSmart, I have an absolute passion for animals. The newest member to the Lister clan is Big Karen the pig. I included a picture of her because look how cute she is!
