Business Challenge
The Airport Executive Park (AEP) location provides a campus atmosphere set with-in a mature, award-winning 35 acre park offering approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of office space, 1,500 sq. ft. restaurant and a 4,500 sq. ft. daycare facility. Bentall Kennedy were seeking a means to improve the recycling and waste management efficiency of these spaces.

- Installed container sensors in all waste containers at the Airport Executive Park
- Managed the RFP to switch waste hauling vendors
- Analyzed container fill level data to drive overall cost reduction at the property while maintaining a clean operating environment.
Results
RecycleSmart worked with Bentall Kennedy achieving some notable results: Stage 1 service adjustments reduced monthly costs by $289. Stage 2 service adjustments reduced monthly costs by a further $537.
